These terms apply when you use cotizalo.app or request quotes through it. By sending a request you accept them.

What Cotizalo does

Cotizalo is a quote comparison service. You describe a trip once, we pass the request to up to five partner coach operators or brokers, and they send you their quotes directly. We do not operate vehicles, employ drivers or sell transport ourselves.

Free for you

Requesting and comparing quotes is free and without obligation. You pay nothing to Cotizalo. If you book, you pay the operator you choose, on that operator's terms. Partner operators pay Cotizalo a fee for the introduction. That fee is agreed with them and is not added on top of your booking by us.

Your contract is with the operator

Any booking, payment, cancellation, refund or change is agreed between you and the operator. Cotizalo is not a party to that contract and cannot bind either side. Prices in a quote are the operator's, and availability may change until you confirm with them. We recommend reading the operator's own terms before paying a deposit.

What we ask of you

• Give accurate details. Operators quote on what you tell us: dates, route, passenger numbers, luggage and vehicle standard.
• Use the service for genuine group or corporate transport requests. We do not sell individual tickets and may decline or delete requests that are not genuine.
• Do not use the site to send unsolicited messages, scrape data, or interfere with how it works.

Our partners

We work with licensed UK coach and minibus companies and with brokers who arrange transport through such companies. We select partners in good faith and review their performance, but we do not guarantee that any particular partner will quote, that quotes will arrive within a given time, or that a quote will suit you.

Follow-ups

We may contact you about your request by email and, if you gave a phone number and left the WhatsApp box ticked, on WhatsApp. You can stop WhatsApp messages by replying STOP. How we handle your details is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Liability

We provide the comparison service with reasonable care but cannot accept responsibility for the acts, omissions, vehicles or services of partner operators, or for losses caused by inaccurate information you or an operator provide. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes the rights you have as a consumer under UK or EU law.

Content and trademarks

The text, images and design of cotizalo.app belong to Cotizalo or are used under licence. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or elsewhere in the European Economic Area, you keep the protections of the mandatory consumer law of the country you live in, and you may bring a claim there.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Requests already sent are handled under the terms in force when they were sent.
